1) Spend time with Jesus every day. I can not emphasize enough that the success of Christian mentality. Very often we are dedicated to working on things that have Christian relationship to our future success (or any current success value) because we have not taken the time to focus and understand what Christ wants for our lives and our success.
2) Study the Word and discover what the five (or six) priorities for success in your Christian life should be. For example, for you might be: Christ, spouse, children, work, retirement. On the other hand, might be: Christ, a hobby, work, retirement, missions work. And the other: Christ, spouse, work, a hobby, physical fitness. For each of you, Christian success priorities might be a little different in the number 4, 5, or (6) points, but the first two or three are probably Christ and family. Once you know your priorities successfully, you are ready for step 3)
3) Develop a "plan of achievement for each of the target areas of higher success. When you look at your life in six months, especially in these priority areas of success, you should be longer and better adapted in each of these areas than they are today. Looking back six months ago. Has improved in each of its priority areas of success? If not, you need to take action. Now!
4) Find a mentor Christian success. This success mentor should be someone who may be affected, mainly for personal growth in these areas of priority for success. This should not be someone who is an "equal" with you — someone who also trusts you. This should be a "one-way street. Must be able to listen to their priorities for success, help to develop a game plan for meeting them, and be able to criticize when you're not following his game plan. Therefore, they should probably not be someone with whom you are emotionally close, like a best friend or spouse. Must be a more neutral, perhaps someone from a class in small groups at church or someone recommended by your pastor.
5) Break each one of its priorities the successful footsteps of individual goals. These "steps" that should be small enough for you to focus on one step at a time and should not be too difficult to achieve individually, and yet when you have completed all the steps that you have gained much ground in its priority for the specified period, eg six months.
6) List all priorities for success and steps to achieve your goal. Leave room next to each goal step to write the date you started the passage of purpose and date of completion. At the end of six months (and during the same too) may specifically to monitor their progress.
7) Eliminate unnecessary things in your life that do not help to successfully achieve its priorities. Try unplugging television three nights a week until their priorities are the successful. Having a "free email" day of the week. Take Sunday off everything. If the phone is a constant annoyance, shut two nights a week.
Assess the rest … you will get enough sleep? What can be done to sleep better? What about recreation (no TV)? Are you walking, hiking, reading, meeting with friends regularly? Are you spending enough time with his family without interruptions by the phone or work? Doing what is necessary for rest and recreation, and include the family in this step.
9) Evaluate the success of her regularly. Not much to replace the assessment of their progress last week and making goals for next week. Sure, a few weeks fall short, but others can easily meet your expectations for personal success. As you follow these 10 steps, the prioritization of success, taking steps objective, and tracking all this will be easier.
10) Just do it! Start somewhere, start today! Do not just close this page and forget all this! You took the time to read this if you do nothing with it will continue to fall below their own personal expectations.
