Can I use a car trunk luggage if I do not have crossbars?
I have a Honda Pilot with roof rails throughout the vehicle, but no bars running the width. I thought the luggage racks had to have the crossbars. Is there any luggage racks that do not require bars cross? Can I add transoms in any way?
You can get the cross bars of a Honda dealer or salvage yards.

Some wonder why a rigid tube and shiny on the side of a truck called a bar of nerf.
